Stasia Johnson Steinhagen, C.C.L.P, MA Candidate
President, 2° North, LLC
Stasia obtained her coaching certificate in 1991 and works as a business, life, and health coach; a homeopath, wellness educator, and consultant. Currently pursuing her MA in Holistic Health Studies at The College of St. Catherine's School of Health, Stasia is completing the clinical portion of a 4-year training program at the Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy. She practices homeopathy in both NAH's school clinic and in private practice alongside her coaching business. Stasia specializes in complex cases, and families with gifted and special needs children. As a coach and consultant, she enjoys working with executives, boards, work teams, entrepeneurs, artists...and anyone doing values-driven work. She is also the founder of One Simple Shift - a wellness portal and collaborative that creates wellbeing one shift, one individual and one community at a time.
Stasia has worked in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors in health care administration, education, and advocacy, the arts, and technology in areas as diverse as operations, sales, sales training and development. As a consultant and coach she has led executive and peer coaching programs, facilitated strategic planning retreats, and stewarded leadership, organizational and board development work. Besides her work at 2° North, LLC, Stasia volunteers to at her children's school to implement the Minneapolis Public School District's Wellness Policy in concert with the Clinton Foundation's Alliance for a Healthier Generation. She is a member of both the MN Coaches Association and a member and student liaison to the board of the MN Homeopathic Association. She holds a BA in music from the University of Washington, Seattle, and still performs today.

In starting 2 Degrees North, LLC Stasia united years of professional coaching, facilitation and wellness work with years of leadership training and business experience to work with individuals, corporate teams, non-profit organizations, and art, school and community groups. 2 Degrees North, LLC offers wellness education, programming and services; values, vision and mission work, coaching, stragetic planning, and Powerful Listening and Service-Based Leadership training programs. Clients range from executives, employees, retirees, to entrepreneur, artists, moms, dads, children and teens.
